Telehealth With Insight Psychiatry Center
Telehealth offers convenient access to appointments from the comfort of your home or even during a break at work. Connect with our providers without the need to travel to an office. Appointments are available as early as 6:00 AM Central Standard Time. Insight Psychiatry Center offers telehealth services to patients in Florida and Kentucky.
Financial Investment
Insight Psychiatry has made a huge effort in assuring that we accept as many insurances as we can in order to do our part in relieving the financial strain that seeking help can bring our patients. We are working to add more insurances all the time and work with patients through self pay rates as well as offering payment plans such as Care Credit and some in house plans. While we strive to be knowledgeable in all insurances and plans, it is always best for patients to contact their insurance directly to assure that our practice and the provider are In Network and that their plan includes Behavior/Mental Health Outpatient Services for medication management. Summer Sievert
MSN, PMHNP-BC, ARPNSummer is a compassionate advocate who helps patients feel seen, understood, and supported throughout their mental health journey. She takes time to understand each person’s challenges and goals, working collaboratively to develop care that fits their individual needs.
Lindsay Avis
MSN, ARNP, PMHNP-BCLindsay brings more than two decades of nursing experience and a whole-person perspective to psychiatric care. A nurse since 2001, she spent much of her early career in critical care and nephrology, where she learned to remain calm under pressure.
Anna Feliciano
MSN, ARNP, PMHNP-BCAnna believes mental health care should feel compassionate, practical, and personal. Her approach centers on listening closely, understanding each patient’s experiences, and working together toward meaningful change.

Psychiatric Service DogCharlie is a valued member of the Insight Psychiatry team and has been part of the practice’s journey from the beginning. A Cavapoo a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Poodle mix she enjoys traveling, especially through airports, and meeting people along the way.

Insurance
Verify your appointment time and time zone. Reminders are sent by email in Central Time but our practice serves patients in the Central and Eastern time zones. Make sure to double check the time well before your appointment.
If you are in the Eastern time zone and your appointment time says (CDT) next it, you need to be on your appointment 1 hour later than it shows.

Stay in the waiting area until your provider is ready and contact the front office if your wait has exceeded 15 minutes past your appointment time. Leaving will result in a missed appointment fee if you have not contacted the office first.
Notify office if you are having technical issues ASAP to avoid a no show fee.
